1983 Atari Burial To Be Excavated

Plans to make a documentary will soon put urban legend to rest when game developer Fuel Industries will attempt to unearth the legendary remains of the E.T. Atari game cartridge mass burial of 1983. This week, the Alamogordo city council approved a contract to allow Fuel Industries six months to dig up the landfill. Oh the anticipation!

This compilation is not just for artists and musicians. Some may argue that there is no such thing.

Please spread the word to whoever you feel may be interested, whether they perceive themselves as artists/musicians or not.

Thank you so much.

Cheers,

This has always been my favorite moment of the whole Halloween series. The way the sitting up and the head turning are separate and almost robotic…perfect.

Print advertisement for ATARI from 1982 featuring a young girl playing video games.

I had an Atari VCS/2600 and a Colecovision when I was a kid, but my dad would never buy us a computer because "I work on computers all day at work…I don't want one in the house." Every once in a while he brought a giant IBM home from work and I'd play 688 Attack Sub on it. (He finally bought one in 1995). The end.

I was too lazy to go out and cover my rosebush when it frosted a couple of  nights earlier in the week, but yesterday this happened anyway.
